NEW: Bert Touch - NOT RETURNABLE for obvious reasons

Got the dreaded RLOD (Red Light of Death)? The all-new Bert Touch makes it simple to check and balance your battery cells, clearing RLOD and getting your board back on the road.

Why Bert Touch?

• Fixes most XR batteries (not compatible with SR or Rev yet)
• Balances cells automatically — just plug it in and let it work
• Simple to use: disconnect your battery from the motor controller, plug into Bert, and follow the on-screen instructions

How it Works

RLOD means your battery cells are out of sync and need to rebalance. With Bert Touch plugged in, simply leave your battery connected and let it run. Sometimes balance is restored in minutes, other times it may take weeks — it depends on how far out of sync the cells are.

⚠️ Important: If your battery has been completely dead for years, it’s likely too far gone to recover.

Risk-Free Option
Not sure about spending $250 if your cells can’t be rebalanced? We get it. That’s why we offer a Single Battery Repair Service:

• Send in your battery
• We’ll clear your RLOD (if possible) and cover round-trip shipping
• If it can’t be fixed, we’ll either return it to you or recycle it responsibly

👉 If you’re unsure whether your board is a candidate for Bert Touch, send us a quick video of your battery error code and we’ll confirm before you buy. Please note, if you send us a battery that is not showing the RLOD battery error, we will not be able to diagnose or fix it for you.
