Shipping Policy

USA Shipping

• Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous United States, excluding electric bikes, e-motos, and other oversized products.
• Orders under $100 have a flat $15 shipping charge.
• Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Orders are typically shipped within one business day.
• Expedited shipping is generally not available due to battery shipping regulations and carrier restrictions.
• Orders valued at $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery.
• Scooters, skateboards, electric bikes, and other high-value items may require a signature regardless of order value.
• We currently ship within the continental United States. Additional restrictions may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

Electric Bike & E-Moto Shipping

Shipping large electric bikes, e-motos, and other oversized products can be complicated. While our website provides a shipping estimate during checkout, some products are too large to ship through standard UPS or FedEx services and must be transported by a freight carrier.

In these cases, actual shipping costs may be higher or lower than the amount collected at checkout. Freight shipping can range from approximately $300 to $600 depending on the product, destination, and carrier availability.

We do our best to keep shipping charges as fair and accurate as possible. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before the order ships and provide the option to approve the additional cost or cancel the order for a full refund. Likewise, if you have overpaid for shipping, we will refund the difference.

Canadian Shipping

• We currently ship to Canada via UPS.
• Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges.
• These fees are collected by the carrier and are typically due upon delivery.
• Import fees vary by province and product type but are commonly between 10% and 20% of the order value. Actual fees may be higher or lower.
• Orders will not be canceled or refunded because duties, taxes, or brokerage fees were not anticipated by the customer.

Canadian Shipping Rates

• Orders from $1 to $500 USD: Flat-rate shipping of $70 USD
• Orders over $500 USD: Flat-rate shipping of $150 USD

Shipping Address Issues

We make every effort to honor the shipping rates displayed at checkout. However, certain remote locations, commercial delivery requirements, freight restrictions, or carrier surcharges may result in significantly higher shipping costs than our system can estimate.

If shipping to your address is not feasible at the quoted rate, we will contact you before shipping the order. You will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.
